Dr. Mark Kuhl was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. After receiving his Bachelors degree at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, he returned to his hometown and graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School. That same year he formed a group private practice in West Palm Beach, and also worked in public health. and
In 2000, Dr. Kuhl opened his Juno Beach practice and has focused on cosmetic, orthodontic, reconstructive and implant dentistry. He has served in numerous capacities for the Florida Board of Dentistry, was a charter member of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and is currently involved with several medical mission organizations.
Dr. Kuhl is a member of several dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Palm Beach County Dental Association and the American Academy of Clear Aligners. Dr Kuhl has published articles on crown and bridge and orthodontics.
Dr. Kuhl is devoted to his family, faith, and service to the community. He has been married to his lovely wife Pam, a registered nurse, for over 30 years. Together they serve in multiple ways both locally and internationally. They have two children, Warner and Rachel. Rachel is married to Micah Smith, and they have three beautiful children, who love their “Kuhl-Pops” And Lolli”! The family enjoys traveling together, and serving on missions.
Dr. Zachariah was born and raised in Yonkers, New York. She and her family moved to Orlando, FL where she spent the remainder of her childhood. She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL where she received her Bachelors degree. Dr. Zachariah then graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry with her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
During her years in dental school she served and led mission trips in Guatemala as part of the Christian Dental Society. She also participated in organized dentistry and volunteered with Mission of Mercy.
After graduating from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, she returned to Orlando and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the Orlando VA Medical Center. Here she served our honored veterans, expanded her skillsets and became chief resident. Dr. Zachariah focused on surgery, implant dentistry, endodontics, and prosthodontics while in her residency. After her AEGD she went into private practice in Orlando. Dr. Zachariah was awarded a Fellow of the International Congress of Implantology, and is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
In 2019 Dr. Zachariah got married and moved to South Florida and joined our team. Her husband, Justin has his doctorate in Pharmacy and specializes in inpatient medical oncology at Memorial Regional Hospital.
Dr. Zachariah is very family-oriented and is devoted to her faith and enjoys volunteering during her leisure time. She also enjoys fashion illustrating, painting with acrylics, cooking, baking and reading.
Dr. Cote was born and raised in Jupiter, FL. She obtained her Bachelors Degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. She majored in biology and chemistry, published research in organic chemistry, and was captain of her college lacrosse team.
Dr. Cote then went to Indiana University for her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. During her years of dental school, she was her class representative for “Give Kids A Smile”, a non-profit organization that delivers dental care and oral health education to underserved children throughout the country. She also studied abroad at Newcastle University in England, attending classes and working in the University’s dental clinic. She was part of a team that published research on the differences in the delivery of dental care in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Dr. Cote says “There is nothing more humbling than achieving my dream of practicing in my hometown. Every day my goal is to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and staff.”
Dr. Cote is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Palm Beach County Dental Association and Atlantic Coast District Dental Association.She is very close with her family and strong in her faith, and enjoys long walks with her dog, working out, playing all types of sports, boating and cooking.
Diana moved from New Jersey to Palm Beach County as a teenager. She earned her Dental Assisting Degree from Lincoln College, and is a mother of three beautiful children. She has worked with us part-time since 2012, and decided to join us full time in 2014. She has added great value to our team in a seamless transition.
Diana’s expertise in complicated oral reconstruction cases comes with extensive experience assisting in the surgical placement of dental implants, as well as their restoration, and the rehabilitation of oral cancer patients.
Outside the office she loves yoga, gardening and spending time with her family, especially doing anything and everything that has to do with the beach.
Pilar Lee was born in Colombia. At the age of 18 she moved to New York, then Massachusetts, and in 2007 to Florida.
In 2010 before her mom passed away she told Pilar, “Pursue what you really like, what’s in your heart.” She said since she was a little girl she wanted to be a dentist, so she returned to school and got her Dental Assistant Expanded Functions Degree and Radiology Certification at Nova Southeast University, and entered the field of dentistry.
Pilar has extensive experience in periodontics, prosthodontics, general, and cosmetic dentistry .
She states, “Dentistry is my true passion. I serve God by comforting and helping people obtain a beautiful and healthy smile!”
She likes to spend time with her husband and three children, a couple of dogs, and cats, cooking and gardening.
We are so excited she has joined our team to continue providing a high level of service!
Kaisa Rinier was born and raised in Stuart, Florida. She always had a passion for dentistry. After high school she obtained her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting certification. After seven years of experience, she pursued a degree in Dental Hygiene. Kaisa graduated from Indian River State College in 2020 with the highest GPA in the program. Outside of the office Kaisa enjoys fitness, outdoor activities and spending time with her friends and family. Patients love her as they often say she shows great skill because she has “such a gentle touch!”
Rina received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in the Philippines, and has been practicing as a dental Hygienist in the U.S. for over 10 years. Working her way around the globe, Rina lived in Hawaii and California before moving to Florida in 2005 and marrying her husband Bret who is a local firefighter/paramedic. She has been working with us since 2013 and brings a lot of joy and laughter to the office with her great sense of humor.
Patient education is very important to Rina as well as utilizing her clinical skills. She enjoys cooking and watching action movies, and exercising with her co-workers, and singing for us!
Sheila Sabatino was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the Bronx, New York. As a teenager, her family moved to Miami where she graduated from high school. She received an early childhood education degree from the Fortis institute in Pennsylvania and found the health field was her area of interest.
In 2011 Sheila received her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting degree, from Future Dental Assistants of America. After working in a dental office for a short time, she realized the administrative side of private practice was where she excelled. She moved into office administration, and has been continuously learning ever since, and has a thorough knowledge of dental insurance. Understanding how and why specific dental procedures are necessary, as well as knowing the financial aspect of dentistry makes her a valuable asset to our team.
Having previously worked in a corporate setting, Sheila appreciates the honesty and integrity our office displays. In her free time Sheila enjoys activities with her young daughter and family. She has a calming demeanor to her that comforts patients, and she will always greet you with a smile on her face!
